• Book online. Pick your dog's service and a time; it takes about 2 minutes on our booking page.
• We arrive and park nearby. Our fully equipped grooming van parks as close to your building as we can.
• Quick hand-off. You bring your dog down (or we meet you at the door), and we talk through what you'd like.
• One-on-one groom in the van. No cages and no other dogs. Most grooms take 1 to 2 hours depending on size, coat and service.
• Back home, fresh and calm. We return your dog to you, and you pay after the groom with cash, Zelle or Venmo.

What helps us on groom day in the city

• Parking notes. Tell us about a driveway, loading zone or the easiest block when you book; there's a notes field for it.
• Building access. Share the buzzer or gate details, or just plan to meet us downstairs.
• A leash and any must-knows. Let us know about sensitive spots, allergies or anything your dog doesn't love.
